As a Certified Nutrition Coach and Health Planner she will help you discover your Big Picture for Health! Nina has worked with The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and Dr. Andrew Weil, M.D. She is available for individual or group consultations. She has a unique approach to contributing to the health and well being of her clients by developing individualized protocols.
Nina teaches yoga privately, at the Texas Yoga Retreat, for the Yoga Journal Conference, and at corporate sites. She believes in the fundamental healing powers of yoga for all people.

Recently, Nina and her husband have relocated to the Santa Fe, New Mexico area. She is teaching Skype yoga classes to clients and pursuing working in the nutrition field in the area. Stay tuned!
