Ingredients
- 1 bunch watercress, trimmed and chopped
- 4 sprigs fresh mint, chopped
- 1 handful flat-leaf parsley or cilantro, chopped
- 1 heart of romaine, chopped
- 1 ripe lime, juiced
- 3-4 Tab olive oil
- Coarse salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine watercress, mint parsley and romaine in bowl.
Blend the lime juice with olive oil and pour over salad. Season to taste. Enjoy!
